Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Ship the Package
Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
